In Piazza Pitti, in the heart of historic Florence, Giulio Giannini e Figlio proudly displays its origins in a living museum. Thanks to antique furnishings and tools, our workshop premises take the guest back in time to 19th century Florence.
Visitors, students and family members who wish to become “artisans for a day" are welcome to visit and join their workshops, in English and Italian. They can learn marbled paper production methods and the technique of creating a personalized book, including leather bookbinding, from start to finish.

Pasticceria Artigianale Buonamici is an historical Florentine pastry workshop founded in 1949 by the Buonamici family.
The bottega is in the Oltrarno and offers pasta and pastry making classes. Learn how to make real pizza dough or stuffed pasta the traditional way.
